Ioana is a first class graduate with a BSc (Hons) in Animal Behaviour and Psychology and a MSc in Wildlife Conservation. She has been working as an ACIEEM ecologist for the past 3 years, specialising in behavioural ecology. Her favourite UK species is the charming robin and in her spare time she enjoys taking part in environmental work and bird watching. She has worked on thousands of residential and commercial scale jobs, as well as some rewilding projects in her local area.
Emma supports the delivery of ecological surveys and assessments, working closely with senior team members to help clients meet planning and environmental requirements. With a solid foundation in ecological fieldwork, she has undertaken dozens of surveys. With a keen eye for detail, she contributes to habitat surveys and reporting across a range of projects. Emma plays a valuable role in ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality support throughout the ecological process.
Owen is a qualified Ecologist with a BSc in Biology, bringing both expertise and a deep passion for wildlife conservation to every project. He has completed hundreds of surveys conducting Preliminary Roost Assessments (PRAs) and Bat Emergence and Re-entry Surveys, ensuring all ecological requirements are met for planning applications. Owen’s role is central to delivering thorough, reliable surveys that support sustainable development and drive the company’s ecological standards forward. Outside of the office, Owen is an avid sports fan, with a particular love for football. He supports Stoke City FC and enjoys watching the game whenever he can.

Originally from Ukraine, Viktoriia holds a master’s degree in law and has a background as a notary assistant, where she worked with complex documents that demanded meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. These skills have been invaluable in her current role, where precision is key in managing our financial records. Outside of work, Viktoriia has a passion for baking and enjoys completing jigsaw puzzles. Since arriving in the UK, she has discovered a new creative hobby—attending pottery classes where she loves making various pieces, including pots, cups bowls and vases.
